Data protection in the application process

The protection of your personal data is important to us. Your data is handled with the strictest confidentiality and is not passed on to third parties.

The Stiftung SPI collects, processes and saves your application data on the basis of Section 26 paragraph 1 sentence 1 BDSG 2018. The personal data supplied by you in the application process is processed and used by the Stiftung SPI solely for the purposes of selecting applicants and candidates.

We point out that the transfer of personal data by email is classified as being insecure. Please ensure that you send application documents by email only if you consider the risk to be low. Please feel free to submit other documents, such as medical reports and certificates, which you do not wish to send by email, by post or in person at an interview.

If your application leads to the conclusion of a contract, your data will be saved and used in the context of the usual organisational and administrative processes in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.

If your application is not successful, your data will be deleted three months after conclusion of the application process on the basis of Section 15 paragraph 4 of the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
